A 1952 ink and watercolor drawing on paper titled New York Scenes. The drawing depicts a woman purchasing fish at an outdoor fish market. The skillfully rendered sketch feature black ink line work colored with light watercolor washes. It is signed ‘Rudyard Kipling’ to the lower right, and is titled and dated to the lower left. Presented behind a white mat, under glass, in a dark gray wood frame with a gold tone wash. It is ready to hang with a wire.
