A semi-antique hand-knotted Afghani Turkoman accent rug. This rug features the traditional geometric repeat pattern of eighteen Bokhara guls in maroon and cream on a scarlet background. This rug has a complex border with a primary band with flowers on a scarlet background flanked by multiple geometric patterned maroon bands. The rug is finished with overcast edges and a uniform short natural warp fringe.
