A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Mahal runner. The runner has a black field filled with an array of floral designs in scarlet, tangerine, rose, cerulean blue and ivory. It is framed with a primary border of scarlet with an alternating flower and leaf design in the same color palette flanked by guard borders with ribbon designs. The rug is finished with natural warp fringes and is unmarked.
