Victorian Era E. G. Webster & Bro. Silver Plate Cruet Set with Bottles
Item Details
A cruet set made of silver plate from the Victorian era, by E.G. Webster & Brother. It features a pointed and pierced embellished top and handle. There are five holes in the caddy for the glass and silver plate bottles. The body has stamped and engraved trim and a pedestal base below. The bottles feature frosted foliate designs.
Condition
- significant surface wear including dents, scratches and overall tarnishing; handle to stand is twisted; no spoon present for mustard jar; repair to neck of one bottle with yellowed glue; chips to stoppers; some cloudiness on interior of glass.
