A 1997 Diana: Queen of our Hearts porcelain dish from The Bradford Exchange. This limited edition display piece features a color illustration after a portrait of Diana(1961-1997) in her 1981 wedding gown. The oval dish is marked to the base ‘Plate No. 6342K in the limited edition of The People’s Princess by Jean Monti – First issue in the Diana: Queen of Our Hearts collection…hard-fire porcelain…95 firing days…The Bradford Exchange’. This plate is also marked ‘Bradex Number 84-B11-135.1 – Bradford Exchange – 1997’ and ‘Not for Food Use’. The lot also features three commemorative issues from Time and People focusing on The Princess of Wales. The highlight of the collection is the 1998 coffee table book of color photography Diana: Portrait of a Princess by Jayne Fincher, Royal Photographer.
