Vintage Noritake "Penelope" Serveware
Item Details
A three piece collection of Penelope porcelain serveware from Noritake. This pattern was made in Occupied Japan, circa 1947-51. It features a pale pink band with gilt floral urns and laurel border. Included in this group are a round covered vegetable bowl, a lidded sugar bowl and an oval serving platter. Items are marked to the underside, ‘Noritake China Made in Occupied Japan 4781.’
Condition
- chip to platter on one end; minor discoloration to lid of bowl; faint surface marks from age and prior use.
