Hand-Knotted Tunisian Wool Accent Rug

A hand-knotted wool accent rug from Tunisia. The rug has an all over Boteh pattern woven in a palette of rosewood, plum, merigold, pineapple, navy, moss green and white. It features floral poles bisecting sections at random both vertically and horizontally. Multiple rows in alternating colors including black and white guard borders frame the rug. This piece finishes with arctic blue fringe attached with three rows of chain stitch to all sides and solid red fabric sewn to the verso. Unlabeled.
