Lee Reynolds Oil Painting on Panel Floral Still Life

An acrylic painting on panel of a floral still life signed “Reynolds,” the name listed artist Lee Reynolds Burr (born 1936) allowed to be added to the work he designed for Vanguard Studios. This Naive style painting depicts an overflowing bouquet of cool toned flowers in a squat vase, which sits on a dark surface against a background rendered in blue and white. It is signed by hand to the lower left corner. The painting is presented in a wooden frame without hanging hardware. Adhered to the verso is a brief artist bio.

- small areas of surface abrasions and paint loss to composition; paint loss and rubbing along edges; board is slightly warped and loose in frame; small spot stains scattered throughout painting; wear to frame including scratches, stains, and finish loss.
