Item Details

A mid-century remote control drumming bear by Alps. This item was produced circa 1960 by Japanese company Alps and includes an attached remote control with battery compartment. The bear features light brown fur, clear plastic eyes, fabric facial detailing, a ribbon bow around its neck, and is dressed in stripped overalls and tin red shoes. Attached at the bears waist is a circular tin drum, and the bear holds drum sticks at each hand.

Condition

- untested; missing mallet on one drum stick; discoloration and surface scratches; loose threads on bow; tarnishing of metal.
