Item Details
A vintage Gund Popeye marionette. This marionette depicts Popeye the sailor, who originally appears in the comic titled Thimble Theatre created by E. C. Segar. Popeye presents with a plastic head topped with a molded blue hat, plastic hands, and a cloth body clad in a blue sailor’s uniform and black plastic shoes. The item is presented in its original Gund packaging, which is marked with patent number ‘2509135’.
