Vintage Chinese Silk Tunic with Embroidered Dragon

A vintage Chinese embroidered cream silk tunic. The long, cream colored lined silk tunic features a mandarin collar and long, full sleeves, side slits, and woven silk frog closures up the front. The tunic is embellished with couched metallic gold cloud patterns to the front, and is embellished with a large embroidered dragon on the back, in threads of metallic gold, pink and black. No maker’s label.

- stains on sleeves, front and bottom; small pin holes in areas; missing one woven button
