A hand-knotted and carved Chinese accent rug. This wool rug begins with a cartouche floral medallion grounded in cream over an open celadon field. Framing the field is a wide, broken border grounded in cream and filled with florals. The palette is celadon, cream, mocha, camel, mauve and shades of blue. Selvedges are overcast. Ends finish with short kilim skirts and long ivory cotton warp fringe. Unlabeled.
