A hand knotted Persian Malayer Sarouk runner. This wool runner features a center medallion and pendants with floral motifs on a lozenge-shaped field in a palette of chocolate, aqua, maroon, orange and royal blue. The field is bounded by principally chocolate spandrels and surrounded by a Bidjar major border within carnation meander minor borders, and the far ends have close-cropped fringe. The runner is tagged underneath.
