Community "Lady Hamilton" Silver Plate Flatware Set
Item Details
A silver plate flatware set in the Lady Hamilton pattern by Community, first produced 1932. The pattern features pointed Sandringham style handles with tulip detailing and beaded accents. Included are eight forks, eight salad forks, eight teaspoons, three tablespoons, eight round bowl soup spoons, seven cocktail forks, eight butter spreaders, eight hollow handle dinner knives with stainless blades, one casserole spoon, one sugar spoon, and one flat handle master butter knife. The handles are marked ‘Community Plate’. Also included is a Towle stainless steel spoon and a Hoan stainless steel ladle with a rat tail handle. They bear maker’s marks to the handles. All items are presented in a wooden tarnish-proof chest.
