A contemporary watercolor painting on paper signed ‘J.M.F.’. The folk-art inspired piece depicts a snow-covered winter landscape with a red barn to the center, surrounded by bare trees and the vestiges late fall greenery. The work is initialed in blue paint to the lower right. It is matted in black and white and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame fitted with sawtooth hanging hardware to the verso.

- mild discoloration to image; slight wrinkling to paper ground; very light frame wear.
