A late 20th-century oil painting on canvas by Harand. The piece depicts an Impressionist-inspired Parisian cityscape, with flower vendor stalls set up along rainy streets, against a backdrop of tall buildings, green trees and overcast skies. The work is signed in black paint to the lower left, appearing to read ‘Harand’. It is presented without glass in a wooden frame with a tan fabric liner.

- to fair; minor toning to canvas; warping to bottom of frame; edge wear to frame; staining to fabric liner; no backing paper or hanging hardware present; frame joints are not fully flush.
