A finley hand-knotted Indian wool area rug. The are rug features an elegant repeating, large open floral design with foliate rondels in a muted palette of crimson, flaxen, turquoise, and mocha against a taupe colored field with a lattice field. It has a triangle primary border with floral elements to match the field, in the same colors, with overcast edges. It has a narrow kilim skirt with indigo and scarlet interweaving and braided and tied cotton fringe to each end. It is unlabeled.
