Vintage Mahogany Chippendale Style Dining Chairs

Item Details

A set of eight vintage Chippendale Style dining chairs. The mahogany set includes two armchairs and six side chairs. Each chair features a curved ribbon crest rail with carved scallop shell over an elaborately carved and pierced splat, and a square seat that rests on a scallop shell carved apron flanked by cabriole legs with acanthus carved knees and claw and ball feet. The slip seats are upholstered in an ivory and grey palm leaf fabric.
