This Expressionist style painting depicts a nude female laying on her side, surrounded by a pooling of warm pigment that undulates around her. The form is reinforced with frenetic marks of pastel. To the lower right corner of the composition is a graphite artist signature. The painting is presented under acrylic glass in a dark and bronze tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
