Item Details
A handwoven Kazak wool carpet runner. This rug is rendered in a palette coral, ivory, powder blue, celedon, cranberry, wheat, and azure. The coral colored field features five octagonal medallions each infilled with hooked forms, and features comb motifs as well. Framing the field to the edges are tree-like elements to the main border, and a pair of sawtooth guard borders. Finishing this rug are double overcast selvedges and a short wool warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
