An acrylic painting on canvas by contemporary American artist Amy Bornstein. The work depicts a woman in a long blue gown reaching down to the ground to pick up a fallen pink rose. The work is signed in blue paint to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a gold tone wooden frame with foliate moulded embellishments, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
