Three original oil paintings by the artist Eva Briggs and one by Chiles. The three pieces by Eva Briggs consists of two river landscapes and a still life. The first piece features a stream wandering between autumnal colored trees. This piece is signed in script to the lower right and dated 1975. It is presented in a dark wood frame with gold tone trim to the interior edge. The second piece is titled Maine In Summer in Kennebunkport, Maine. It features a calm stream set in a wooded area with a red cottage on a bank to the right and a white cottage on a bank to the center background. This piece is signed in script to the lower left and dated 1971. It is presented in a dimensional gold tone wood frame with forest green accents. The third Briggs oil is a floral still life with a yellow, cream, and green palette. It is presented in a wood frame and signed in script to the lower right and dated 1975. The Chiles piece is an autumnal landscape with trees to each side of a stream. It is signed in black to the lower left, presented in a gold tone frame, and has a note to the backin ink.
