A 1971 color lithograph on heavy cream-colored paper designed by internationally acclaimed Spanish Surrealist painter and sculptor, Joan Miro (1893 – 1983) titled Bleu. This expressive piece depicts an abstract splatter of rich blue with French poetry over top. The piece is unsigned. It was created for an edition of the French fine art publication, Derrière le Miroir. The piece is presented beneath an off-white mat in a wooden frame and under glass. There is a wire for hanging to the verso.
