Seen to the foreground is a courtyard featuring potted plants, with vines growing on the opposing wall, which is rendered with clustered linework that tapers to the lower portion. The drawing is illegibly signed to the lower margins and is presented under glass beneath matting in a black wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
