An antique Elgin 14K yellow gold pendant watch. This piece features scrolling foliate designs on either side of the case. The case opens to a white dial with black Roman numeral hour indicators, spade styled hands, and a sunken seconds subdial at the six o’clock position. The watch hangs from a 14K yellow gold cable chain with a diamond-shaped slide accented by a round turquoise.
