Vintage Chinese vase and lidded vessel, in a colorful floral pattern. The vase is a slender piece with flared mouth and tapered form, with gilt accents and scrollwork borders and the vessel has a domed lid with gilt acorn finial—both marked Made in China. The modern Banana Republic vase is a lovely rosy orange shade, of a bulbous form with short neck and flared closed mouth, marked Made in Italy.
