Porcelain Vase and Chinese Decor
Item Details
A selection of Chinese decor. Included is a Chinese porcelain vase with a flared lip and plum shaped body. It is decorated with a figural vignette depicting a pair of young women in a garden. Geometric trim accents the neck and base, and the piece is finished with lines of black characters throughout. Also included is an oval serving tray decoupaged with a woodblock inspired print and a faux tree in an embossed ceramic planter. These pieces bear no discernible maker’s marks.
Condition
- to fair; marks and residue to vase to underside of lip and vertically along Asian characters; discoloration and creases to image on tray with minor wear to edge; adhesive residue to base of planter and tray; minor marks and faint scratches throughout.
