A limited edition framed photo-offset lithograph titled Untitled I after a painting by Kentucky artist and performer Henry Lawrence Faulkner (1924 – 1981). This print depicts a Venetian landscape with surrounding bright flowers and a flock of white birds in the sky. It is presented behind glass in a double mat and signed in-plate to the lower left corner. A short biography of the artist rests in a paper pocket to the verso. The first line reads, ‘When I was a child, we were so poor I painted with brushes made with sassafras twigs and colors made of mud and mashed up pokeberries’.
