An original graphite on paper drawing by Ricardo H. Salazar. The drawing depicts a man and woman surrounded by bowls and urns. The man’s face is hidden from view by his hat, and the female figure appears to be in the process making a selection from the array of bowls at her feet. The piece is signed and dated to the lower right hand corner in pencil ‘Tepezlixpa E. de M. Mexico, II-17-76, Ricardo H. Salazar’. The drawing is double matted and presented under glass in a silver-toned metal frame with a hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- yellowing to paper from nonacidic mattes.
