Item Details

A limited edition wax rubbing on paper titled Elias Olcott, Rockingham, Vermont, 1794 by Ann Parker (1934-) and Avon Neal (1922-2003), from a series of rubbings taken from stone carvings found in New England burial grounds. This piece presents a stylized angel framed by an arch and flowers. It is marked 12 in an edition of 300 and signed in pencil to the lower right. The work is presented under glass in a wood frame, wired to hang.

- to fair; scratches and dents to frame; creping and creasing to paper; discoloration and some foxing to paper and verso.
