A circa 1900 Tonnel Paris vanity train case with sterling silver capped fittings. The open case has clips at the back to secure the vanity fitted with a slide up beveled mirror, brush, three crystal jars with hinged sterling silver lids (monogrammed ‘A’ in script), a brass container in the center and an E. Dupas A Besancon pocket watch showing the time through a circular opening at the front. Each of the three jars, two which are shorter and one taller, are hallmarked with the French minerva standard and the maker’s mark for Jules Marie (1889-1912). There are slight traces of the original gold gilt to the silver capped jars and brush.

- the pocket watch is in fair to poor condition, it is not working
