Rogers & Bro. "Picardy" and Other Silver-Plated Flatware

A collection of silver-plated flatware. This includes a set by Rogers & Bro. of International Silver Co. in the Picardy pattern, first introduced in 1938, which features an Art Deco style handle with floral accents. The set includes eight dinner forks, sixteen spoons, five dinner knives, eight soup spoons, and eight salad forks, most are marked to the backs ‘Rogers & Bro. XII Sectional IS’. These are presented with five spoons by Wm Rogers Mfg. Co. in the Avalon/Cabin pattern and a butter spreader by Reed & Barton in the Cecil pattern with a personalized engraving.

Condition

- mild to minor surface wear including marks, scratches, and tarnishing; personalized engraving on Reed & Barton butter spreader.
