A painted silk scarf. This piece depicts purple-blue irises on a multicolored, gradated ground, with the flowers outlined in gold tone dyes, painted on a silk twill scarf. It is signed illegibly to the lower right and finished with fold over hemmed edges along the upper and lower sides.
