Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian wool accent rug. This rug is done in a Bokhara style, and rendered in a palette of scarlet, indigo, ivory, and clementine. The scarlet colored field features three central guls enclosed with partial cruciform medallions. Framing the field is a main border of paneled medallions, with sawtooth patterned guard borders, and checked minor borders, Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a twisted ivory wool warp fringe to the ends. It is labeled to the underside.
