Parker-Smith, Lynn Robertson and Ronne Hartfield (University of South Carolina Press, Columbia, 1996). The book features one hundred-eighty full color plates of Green’s work. Bound in blue cloth, the front cover and spine are lettered in gilt, and the book is protected by a dust jacket.
