A collection of vintage books, featuring five children’s book sets with read-along records dating to the 1950s and 1960s. This collection includes the Little Golden Book record sets Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, Numbers, A Child’s Garden of Verses and Baby’s Mother Goose: Pat-A-Cake, as well as the Wonder Book record set The Romper Room Laughing Book in the same format. Also included are the paperback music books Dave Minor’s Famous Play By Ear Song Book (Chicago: Dave Minor Company, c. 1943) and Music Is Fun For Everyone: Quick Keyboard Chord System by D. M. Suttle (ibid., c. 1943), as well as a TWA deck of playing cards and a 1970s Chicago street guide booklet.
