Cameron Blagg Oil Painting on Board "Traditional Shoshone"
Item Details
A 1986 oil painting on board titled Traditional Shoshone by contemporary Western artist Cameron Blagg. The painting depicts a finely detailed rendering of a Shoshone brave with a stoic expression, viewed in profile. He is dressed in traditional clothing, including feathers in his hair, a blue vest and an elaborate shell necklace. The work is signed and dated in black to the lower left side. It is presented in a natural, weathered wood frame and is ready to hang with a wire. An engraved brass plaque with the title is mounted to the base of the frame.
