A hand-knotted Persian Nahavand accent rug. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette of coral-red, cornflower red, white, green, gray, and black. It features a central flower-like medallion on a hexagonal shaped lozenge patterned with geometric herati designs. It is framed with carnation meander and feather-like patterned borders. Finished with overcast edges and fringe to either end, it has restoration or repair overstitch to the warp ends. It is unlabeled.
