Early 20th Century Ferdinand Fuchs & Bros. Sterling Silver Chamberstick Holder
Item Details
An early 20th century Ferdinand Fuchs & Bros. ( 1884-1922) sterling silver chamberstick candleholder is chased with scrolls along the edge of the square reticulated tray. The curved handle is detailed with an acanthus leaf and the base of the holder is detailed with bows and flowers. A removable sterling silver bobeche is present. The holder is marked ‘Sterling 510’ and the makers mark, ‘F’ with two stars within a cloud. The total approximate weight is 5.570 ozt.
