Towle "King Arthur" Stainless Steel Flatware Set with Assorted Silver Plate
Item Details
A stainless steel flatware set in the King Arthur pattern by Towle, produced 1980-1987. The pattern features a squared handle surrounded by beaded scroll trim with a fleur-de-lis tip. Included in this set are eight salad forks, twelve place forks, one pierced casserole spoon, one solid casserole spoon, one cold meat fork, one pie server, twenty-two teaspoons, five place spoons, one sugar shell spoon and one flat handle butter spreader. The items are marked ‘Supreme Cutlery by Towle Japan’. Also included are twelve assorted flatware items including an Italian silver plate spoon, a pair of silver plate spoons by Oneida, five silver plate butter spreaders by Godinger, a pair of salad tongs and three stainless steak knives with polished modernist handles by Towle. All items are presented in a wooden tarnish-proof chest.
