A vintage, hand knotted Persian Malayer Sarouk palace size runner. This wool runner features three medallions on a rectangular field in a palette of scarlet, sage, pale blue, salmon, cream, maroon and indigo. The field is surrounded by a Shirvan inspired major border within Fereghan minor borders, and the far ends have close-cropped white fringe. The runner is signed in the major border at one end and tagged underneath.
