A pair of weighted sterling silver candleholders by Gorham with a sterling silver dish. Each of the candleholders features a shaped capital with round sconce on a knop column and pedestal style base. They are marked to the undersides ‘Gorham Sterling Cement Filled Reinforced with Rod’. The dish has a flat-bottomed well with woven patterned sides, pierced lip and a scrolled rim. It is marked to the underside ‘Sterling 3868’ and appears similar to Whiting’s Louis XV pattern. The dish weighs approximately 2.90 ozt
