A five-piece collection of sterling silver flatware and utensils. This includes a bottle opener by Kirk & Son in the Repoussé pattern, first introduced in 1828, which features a hollow sterling handle with chased floral decoration and a stainless top. It is presented with a pair of spoons by George W. Shiebler & Co. of New York, NY (active 1876-1907) in the Kings pattern, a meat fork by Towle Silversmiths in the Harold E. Nock designed Virginia Carvel, and a tea strainer with a wooden handle. Each piece is marked ‘Sterling’ to the back. The total approximate weight of the two spoons and serving fork is 5.95 ozt.
