A Chippendale style mahogany wood drop-front secretary desk. This writing desk features four drawers, each adorned with two bat’s wing mounts with bail handles. Atop the drawers sits a drop-leaf which opens to reveal a writing surface area, several compartments and drawers for storage and is supported by two automated pullout slides. The top of the drop-leaf has a centered brass bat’s wing escutcheon. The piece sits atop four claw-and-ball feet.
