Royal Doulton King George V 1911 British Coronation Beakers
Item Details
A collection of antique commemorative beakers from Royal Doulton. These items were made in honor of the coronation of King George V on June 22, 1911. There is a cup with a purple transfer printed image of both King George V and Queen Mary and two cups with brown images; one with King George and the other with Queen Mary. All of the items display the date of the coronation and are marked to the underside with a Royal Doulton backstamp, ‘Royal Doulton/England/Copyright.’
Condition
- glaze cracks, crazing and light discoloration to all pieces; wear to gilding.
