A hand-knotted Chinese wool area rug. The rug is worked in shades of black, sky blue, aqua, sea foam, gray, and pale pink. Large flowers and flowing lines are incorporated into the contemporary design. The selvedges are overcast and there are short plain woven skirts and fringe at each end. Unmarked.
