McKeage Mid-Century Oil Painting on Board of Cottage and Garden

A mid-century oil painting on board by artist McKeage. The piece depicts a bucolic rural landscape scene with a thatched-roof cottage surrounded by lush trees, a country lane and a garden of colorful wildflowers. The work is signed ‘McKeage’ in dark grey paint to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a vintage brown and gold tone wooden frame with decorative accent to the top center, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

- to fair; areas of discoloration, dust and accretion to image; edge wear, chips and scuffing to frame; fillet is slightly separated from outer frame; no backing paper present to frame.
