Mid Century Modern Decor Including Israeli and Asian Handmade Pottery
Item Details
A group of Mid Century Modern handmade ceramic decor. The pieces consist of a ‘Harsa Israel’ hand painted pot with a white glazed top going down to the pots shoulders, accented with painted geometric patterns in black and olive green designs going around the pot. The midsection of the pot is glazed with a thin black line, with a wide olive green band below this. A light brown glaze is below that line extending to the base of the pot. The bottom is signed to the base ‘Harsa Israel Hand Painted.’ The next piece is a turned earthenware candlestick with a twist to the center column. The candlestick is glazed in a speckled olive green color, and is not signed to the bottom. Last is a ‘Kannikebjerg Brugskunst Design’ pottery vase with a dark blue and tan alternating glaze, with a slightly flared rim. One side of the vase is glazed with writing, and labeled ‘Permanent:Den Export.’
