Vintage Louis XV Style Upholstered Gossip Bench

Item Details

A vintage Louis XV style upholstered gossip bench. This piece features a serpentine crest rail and button tufted back panels flanked by gilt wood supports with acanthus leaf embellishments. The bench features two cushion seats over a gilt apron rising on cabriole legs and terminating on whorl feet. The bench is upholstered in a red fabric. There are no visible maker’s marks.
