The garland has created panels that display applied neoclassical figures in a cane color and the rim and foot are embellished with blue enamel beading. This piece was inspired by the tricolored Jasperware of Wedgwood, created in the eighteenth century and was produced between 1840-60. The underside bears an applied pad mark with a number ten and the letters JB.
